*New Update BRL HVAC Modernization Project* – Scheduled Electrical Outages
The construction team will be updating the electrical infrastructure in the BRL between 7 pm and 3 am on Monday July 29th, Wednesday July 31st and Thursday August 1st.
The scheduled electrical outages will affect the following areas within the BRL:
Monday – rooms 20-26, 32, 34, 53, 55, 73 in the basement; and on the first floor rooms 182A, 161 155 and the clean and dirty dock areas
Wednesday – elevators, BRL first floor hallway lights, and first floor rooms 108, 110, 125, 126 and 128
Thursday – elevators and air handlers
One should assume that the electrical outages in the animal rooms will affect both lighting and receptacles. If you have sensitive equipment plugged into the electrical receptacles it is strongly recommended that you power down the equipment prior to the scheduled outages.
